1. Customized Products
1.1 Our products are customized based on your specifications, making them unique to each customer.
2. Returns
2.1 We do not accept returns for customized t-shirts unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part.
2.2 If you receive a defective item or an item with an error, please contact us at info@teedovey.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
2.3 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2.4 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Refunds
3.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2 If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
4. Exchanges
4.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@teedovey.com with details and instructions.
5. Cancellations
5.1 Customized orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the production process. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
